Good news! Starting from the 9^th July 2025 we’re offering some awesome discounts on Go Roam Around the World Extra daily passes*:

Our 5 day pass is normally £29.75 but you’ll be able to pick it up for £25 (£2 cheaper per day than Daily Roaming Charge of £7)
Our 7 day pass is normally £42 but you'll be able to snag one for just £28 (£3 cheaper per day than Daily Roaming Charge of £7)
And best of all, the 14 day pass is reduced from £84 right down to £49! (£3.50 cheaper per day than Daily Roaming Charge of £7)

Not leaving till later in the year? No worries, you can pre-purchase the daily passes in advance of travelling, and this automatically activates when you use any of your allowances in any one of the over 160 applicable destinations.

Thanks but the listed countries for the Extra does list USA and is £11 cheaper at £49 vs £60. Is the ATW Extra pass fine to use in this instance?

Hi @Dan8,

Sorry for any confusion there, yes you can use the Extra passes in any Go Roam destination, so these include Go Roam in Europe, and Go Roam Around the World, as well as those destinations exclusive to the Extra tier.

Normally you'd be cheaper getting a Around the World specific pass for the USA, but whilst this sale is on you can save some money with the Go Roam Around the World Extra bundles of passes.

No worries at all. Just as a little more reassurance, here's a handy table from our price guide which explains what destinations the 3 different types of pass cover. This references the standard prices for the Extra passes, but I thought it's a helpful illustration for your question.

Hi @Kpj,

Sorry for the delay in responding. The offer is available till 30th September 2025 subject to availability.

You can purchase the passes in advance of travelling, and they won't activate till you 1st access your allowances in a Go Roam destination.

Malaysia is a Go Roam Extra destination. You can pick up a 14 day Go Roam Extra pass on the app or by signing in on the web, and that'll kick in once you arrive in the destination.

Thanks Pete. I do not see the option for this on my account. When I try on the app it's not there and when I click on it via the web it takes me to the page on the app (my account) where it does not show as an option. Help!

On the main page when you sign in, the option to buy an add on is shown there, tapping that takes you to the add on page where the passes should be.

Thanks Pete. The only thing that shows as available under my ro

aming tab is a data passport for unlimited data. If I can't buy it does it mean my plan already includes it?

It looks your plan either already has roaming built in, plans from before 2021 usually have that, or you have one of the newer plans, 2021 onwards, that have roaming passes included. I can't be sure, but based on the screenshot, I think it's an older plan you have, since Go Roam Extra isn't shown. Those older plans are not able to use Go Roam Extra. If I'm right, you won't be able to use Go Roam in Malaysia. I'd recommend reaching out to the Support Team by calling or chatting to find out for sure though.

This should be available till 30/09/2025 subject to availability. you should see the reduced price when you're purchasing on the Three app or your online account. You can pre-purchase the bundle of passes, and it won't activate till you make usage in a roaming destination. 🙂
