&lt;P&gt;It's disappointing to hear you're having issues after completing your top up. Is it possible that you applied the £20 as credit to the account and left it without converting it to a Data Pack? If so, the credit could have been consumed by accident.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
