      <description>&lt;P&gt;Anyone having trouble upgrading? I've tried so many times and waiting the 72hrs after ringing about the problem. Still can not get the system to take the 4.99 delivery fee. Can't collect from store because they only take photo ID which I do not have. Been with three for about 20yrs and never had this trouble with any of my multiple contracts.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
