Every time I try to make the payment, it’s declined due to fraud protocol or something, what is going on and why is there no way around this?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Welcome to the Three Community Page.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;That sounds really frustrating and I'm not too sure on why it would be happening, if all is in working order with your bank.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I appreciate it's far from ideal, but&amp;nbsp;have you considered or tried doing it in a Three store instead? I'm wondering if they would have success with taking the payment directly.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
