    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have two&amp;nbsp; 3 phones which I pay by direct debit and the accounts are up to date. On my last Experian Credit Report an unpaid bill has appeared which I do not recognise and which has impacted my credit score. I am unable to make contact with 3 and the online chat could not help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am currently remortgaging and this will have an impact, I do not know what to do??&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;What did the team advise when you spoke with them on chat? Were they able to confirm there was no late payments received?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
