      <description>&lt;P&gt;After the recent upgrade to the app it's useless. Trying to make a device plan payment getting constant server errors. It then told me my balance was over £8000 in credit. Just hanging or taking ages to load. Do they even bother to test it? The call centre is not great at least make the app usable please.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
