&lt;P&gt;I'm unsure why the application would need to be made so many times, were these done multiple times due to errors? If so, have the team confirmed what the errors are?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Have you tried doing the upgrade online? You can manually enter the information and complete the application there without having to worry about anyone else making a mistake.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Nightmare trying to upgrade</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have just spent nearly 4 hours trying to upgrade my 2 handsets to have encountered such poor customer service and to be told that 6 applications have been made so I have been sent to referrals dept whom I called and was told to chat again and get them to rectify the errors ! Every time I get on chat and clearly they have to sort the mess the previous account handler made they disconnect me - very unhappy customer i have never felt the need to post but I’m so frustrated at the sheer lack of service &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":face_with_steam_from_nose:"&gt;😤&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
