You stated this was for an esim. Do you have a device that has an esim? and if you do has that sim been activated? If not like others have said.

Check the transaction information belongs to Three.

Contact Three with the transaction details ( you may have to get it escalated because a first line responder may not have access to the information)

contact your credit card company to reverse the transaction.

If you believe you should be getting a physical product like a sim card that isn't what an esim is. esim's are embedded in a device such as an apple watch or Iphone etc.

Hope it Helps

On 16th December, I tried placing an order for a pay as you go esim worth 20 pounds. I entered in my credit card number and clicked the 'make payment' option. As soon as I clicked that, my wifi went off for some reason but my payment went through. I did not get any email from Three. I contacted the customer care through live chat and they have no record of the order. All I have is the transaction number from my credit card. Any idea what I should do?

Are you sure it was a genuine 3 website, not a spoof one? If the latter keep a very close

eye on expenditure on that card.

I would check the cc transaction and the merchant on it. If the merchant is not three, I'd then contact the cc company/bank and report it that you might have been scammed.

I just find strange that your WiFi went off straight away. Has this happened whilst using your phone cellular data, or was your phone connected to a WiFi hub/router that happens to be Three?
