    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Without additional information, it's quite difficult to help you.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Are you talking about additional charges you have not made? Double billing on direct debit? Repeated Debit/credit card charges?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It sounds like you should be shopping around for a new provider and thoroughly investigate what had happened, open a complaint and go through the ombudsman if necessary (challenging incorrect billing should be easy but apparently three has been making it extra difficult for some individuals lately)&lt;/P&gt;</description>
