Hi @Dumi,

This does sound like a scam call, our staff wouldn't trigger a password reset for My3 unless this was requested by you. If you've confirmed your bank details on the call, I'd recommend to make your bank aware of the potential fraud. There's more advice on fraud and scams available here. If the password reset of your account was completed, and/or if you've confirmed any One Time Passcodes with the caller, please to get in touch with our customer services too.

Thanks,
Jonathan

Hi! Just got a phone call from three saying I am eligible for 45 percent discount on my contract for 12 months. They sent me few codes on my phone, and email, they had acces to all my details. But they sent me an email with a link to change my pasword on three app. The made me confirm the bank details, but at this point I hang up. They asked me to confirm my sort code , bank account and expire date. I am not sure this was a scam, anyone else encountered this?. I am with three over 10 years
