&lt;P&gt;It's disappointing to hear you're having issues getting through to the team. As this is a Community comprised of Three users, you won't be able to speak to a member of the team about your account here. But there may be advice here from others that you may find useful.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;As for getting in touch with the support team directly, I'm unsure what's happened to prevent you from doing so. As far as I know the livechat and phone lines have been up and running as expected in recent days/weeks. Is there something specific that's happening when you try to reach the team?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
