    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;I had the same issues. Roaming on, spend cap is generous. Data on.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;absolutely no connections with any providers in Spain. Tried all three, Auto settings found a provider. No connection no text saying Welcome to Spain. Wi fi feeble.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Reset phone x times. Reset location x times.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;In Spain with no access to any Emergency Services. Very stressful.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;long &amp;nbsp;chats, no solution. Cut off. Could not contact local providers as phone would not work.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Rang Customer Service tonight. They have no idea either. Does anyone? iPhone 11.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Ready to switch.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I’m currently in Spain and before I went , I made sure my spend cap was unlimited and purchased a 7 day European roaming package for £12. It’s day 2 and I still have no data, did not receive any texts at all when coming to Spain and have 0 service. On my account it shows that I purchased a 7 day roam but it’s not “activated”. Data roaming is turned on in my mobile data settings also&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I got a text immediately after I landed in Tenerife and latched onto a network.&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;Please contact&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://bit.ly/2W1nlZb" target="_self" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"&gt;Customer Service&lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt; team to look into this further as maybe roaming is not activated on your account or something.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;That's not great you're having signal issues whilst roaming. Are you still in Spain at the moment? Also, it would be worth while getting in touch with our &lt;A href="https://bit.ly/2PmAIzQ" target="_self"&gt;Customer Service&lt;/A&gt; team to check if your International Roaming is activated on your account, as it does seem this could be the issue for you.&lt;/P&gt;
