&lt;P&gt;That's not good you've been charged again for the add-on. That's strange it's removed from the account but you've been charged again. Please get in touch with our&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://bit.ly/2PmAIzQ" target="_self"&gt;Customer Service&lt;/A&gt; team who'll be able to check why this is still lingering on the account.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This same thing has been happening to me for years. Customer support has not been helpful at all and I'm being charged hundreds extra. I feel like I'm going crazy, they're saying I never cancelled my add-ons, when I did verbally over the phone and on the app. Did you end up getting a resolution?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
