&lt;P&gt;Yeah, unexpected charges aren't ideal at all. When you pay manually but still have your direct debit activated, an attempt will still be made to take the funds as this is an automatic payment system. In future, if you wish to pay manually, you'd have to cancel your direct debit and have this reactivated once the payment date has passed to avoid further charges.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;In the meantime, you can chat with our &lt;A href="https://bit.ly/2PmAIzQ" target="_self"&gt;Customer Service Team&lt;/A&gt; to look into any refund requests.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;You sent me an email for payment and provided the payment method (which I completed).&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Yesterday, the amount was deducted from my account again.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I understand it was a mistake, but to clarify, I am not a wealthy man.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I kindly request a refund of the amount.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
