    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there. I am probably making this more complicated than it needs to be, but I have been a PAYG customer for almost a year now with an Auto-Renew Data Pack for 15GB a month. Works for me. I pay £10 per month but note that for £10 per month now, a new purchase would get 30GB a month. How do I obtain this if I need more data ??&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Conversely, I brought my Son to THREE on PAYG auto-renew and he enrolled on UnLimited GB for £31.50 per month. He no longer needs this and could easily downgrade to 100 (or 200) GB per month. How does he do this ??&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My Son’s situation is the most important one here … can it be done simply (and of course, retaining his current number) ?? Thank you in advance. I’ve tried searching, and tried calling (but support is only digital and not by voice).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;HNY to all&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Please DISREGARD above post … I would cancel/remove it if I knew how. Basically, you turn off Auto-Renew within the App. Purchase a new Data Pack which, as long as you bought an Auto-Renew Data Pack, will turn your auto-renew back on again !!! Job done&lt;/P&gt;</description>
