Nice Indian sounding guy telling me 3 wanted to give me a free 45% reduction in my bill for twelve months. When I asked why, he said it was because of complaints about bad reception and they didn't want to loose customers.</P> <P>He then said I had to confirm how much my bill was each month. I said if this was 3 then he would know how much my bill was. Shortly after I hung up.</P> <P>scam?
