    <description>&lt;P&gt;I've had an email tonight to say my order has been cancelled. I've never placed an order? Should I be concerned or speak to someone? There's an order for things I was browsing and having a nosey at but the order was definitely not placed. I don't have an "order placed" email. Apparently the order was dated 29.12.24 and I've received an email tonight (12.01.25) to say it's been cancelled...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks in advance for any advice.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;It's possible that you had items in your basket, which can cause the system to send an order cancelled message if they are left for too long.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you're unsure though and would like to double check, you can reach out to the &lt;A href="https://bit.ly/2PmAIzQ" target="_self"&gt;Support Team&lt;/A&gt; to make sure that there hasn't been any actual orders placed on the account.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
