I just want to know how old do you have to be to have a 3 account would be great if someone could help

Great question. For a Pay Monthly account this does form a credit agreement, so the account holder would need to be at least 18 years old. I'm not aware of any particular restrictions on the age of a PAYG account holder, but we do apply restrictions on accessing adult content online to both types of account, which requires verification of 18+ ID in order to be lifted.
