      <title>Kafkaesque call centre bureaucracy</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Three’s call centre is in Mumbai. Despite jokes about Indian bureaucracy it could be efficient - but it is Byzantine, passing you from department to department each reading you pages of screed. I’ve just spent nearly 2 hours simply to renew a contract on the same terms! &amp;nbsp;Now I have a query the only way to contact them is through the same Kafkaesque process! Have they never heard of emails? Or even empowering their staff to make intelligent decisions?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
