PAYG Credit keeps droppping

Hi there.

My credit has dropped drastically today wihtout any usage. I don't use text or calls or mobile data (it's turned off on an iphone). Everytime I check it it keeps dropping. Originally it was £4.64, when I called 4444 earlier today it was £2.54 and when I just checked now it was £1.49. What it going on? Help

Hi there.

I'm not sure what would have consumed the credit, and it's not really possible for anyone within the Community to tell you for sure what it would have been. To find out what consumed the credit, it's best to reach out to the PAYG Support Team and ask them to check the charges for you.
