&lt;P&gt;It sounds like you are or were on an older plan that didn't include device financing, something that was introduced more recently.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Plans don't change on their own when they reach the end of their minimum term. That means that on those older plans the entire payment is for the plan itself, you'd remain on the same rate once the minimum term completed.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;As frustrating as it must be, it's unlikely that you'd be refunded for that as those payments would have been correct. The team would have required you to update the plan on to something cheaper, like a pay monthly SIM only in order for the price to come down.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My contract was finished on march 2024 . But they didn’t say anything about that i need to add another plan but they charged me untill now for that same phone. I want my refund of those payment. I feel like its a scam. Please help me with that&lt;/P&gt;</description>
