No sign of ordered handset and no dates

Ordered handset upgrade to Honor Magic 7 Pro on 15th Jan 25. All approved but Three can’t tell me when I get it. How is it possible they don’t even know if DPD courier has it in their possession? Today is 25th so that’s 10 days of no communication from their side other than online chat assistants who aren’t given access to logistics support dept.
Hopeless way to run a company Three.

Hello, Paul.

The team can normally advise of the status of the delivery. A DPD tracking number should allow them and you to see where the phone is. If the phone hasn't shipped yet because it's on back order or something like that, tracking wouldn't not be available.
