Can anyone please tell me what the quickest way is to transfer over a Three esim to another phone. (Android to Android)

hmmm I think there is not esim tranfer option for Android yet. Apple does have it and I think I read somewhere that is working in Three

As you said Android to Android, I would say the quickest way is to request a new esim for your current account/same number and download/install it on the new Android
