Hello,

I have a Three online account and recently I purchased another sim card from Three network. How do I add the new number to my existing 3 network online account?

I have just purchased a second 3 sim for my car. It is already installed in the car. When I phone customer services to add the number to my account, they ask for the one time pin. BUT the sim card is in my car and I cannot access the otp. After that Customer Services gives up. How do I add the sim to my account so I can monitor usage etc?

Hello there.

You can try the process from within the app in Account - Account settings - Link another account or number. However, I think you're still going to need access to the SIM in order to receive the OTP.
