Hello there.

The message does appear to be the real thing, however in this case I think it might have been sent in error given the info doesn't match up to when you topped it up, and doesn't match up to the app.

I'd recommend keeping an eye on it, and testing after the 2 days have gone by. I imagine it'll continue to work just fine.

Hello,

I just received a SMS from Three saying my data pack will run out in 2 days, although I bought a £90 unlimited pack and still have 2 months left. So I checked on the My3 app which gives the correct information.

SMS seen here:

App says this:

The SMS appears to be legit and was sent to where my other messsages from Three go.

Could a scam send messages like that, or could this be an error? Or maybe just a promo? I didn't click the link anyway.

I'm not too concerned because the app is giving the correct info, but thought I'd post here in case it is a scam.

Cheers.
