    <description>&lt;P&gt;The app hasn’t been working for quite a while now and I’ve seen no updates as to its reinstatement. As for chat I’m guessing it’s the same issue. Keep occasionally trying is the way to go I suppose.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;We've received a few reports of issues logging into the Three App, and the relevant team are working on this as a priority. It looks like logging in from the &lt;A href="https://three.co.uk" target="_blank"&gt;https://three.co.uk&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;on a browser is working fine.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;What was happening when you tried to chat, was this from the App also or on a browser?&lt;/P&gt;
