    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been trying all morning to update my card details as have a new bank card, and I cannot.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've managed to buy the £10 Top Up as that let me enter the new card details, but cannot now use that to buy my Data package as it tells me it is being used for at least one other recurring payment, on a different number, and to cancel/delete first!!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I don't have any other numbers! And it doesn't tell me where to change/cancel these details!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyone able to assist please?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am having the exact same issue Shelley2. I think It's a deliberate move to scam you into spending more money&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm also having the exact same issue. Even when topping up with the new card and selecting the check box the save the new card, it's not saved.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
