Hey Dormergreen,

That can be quite confusing. Had you been abroad at all when this had happened?

@Paddiewack is right, we'd be unable to check this from here but, our Customer Service Team can look into why this is happening.

Low data alerts

Both last month and now twice this month I have had texts from Three towards the end of my billing cycle warning me I have used 80% of my data allowance and have around 4GB left (I'm on a 30Gb plan). On every occasion when I have checked my remaining data on the app I have more than 7Gb remaining (and this remains so if I check again 24 hours or so later, so it's not a case of the app being slow). This month I got two texts on different days with different amounts around 4Gb even though the first text said I would be contacted again when I'd used 100%, not pestered on a daily basis. And again, I still had over 7Gb remaining. These text alerts are inaccurate and frankly useless, plus an irritation. Could you look into this as the system is clearly not working as it should and I shouldn't be receiving them at that point in my data usage.

I’m afraid you’ll need to contact customer service to sort this out as this is a public discussion forum with no access to your account.

No, never been abroad as a Three customer.

I realise it's a public discussion forum and wasn't suggesting anyone access my account. My point in posting it here was to see if others were experiencing similar problems and whether there was a wider system problem affecting numerous customers similarly. If it happens again I'll contact customer services so they can look into why these alerts are being triggered.
