When does my phone get dispatched

Yesterday I upgraded my phone early, when will the phone get dispatched as it just currently says "Submitted" and hasn't updated. when I put the order in it said it would get delivered tomorrow, the 11th. But I'm confused that nothing has happened yet.

Welcome to the Three Community Page.

You would usually get a text from DPD on the day of delivery with your allocated timeslot. This text can be received at any point up until 2pm.

If you want confirmation your order has been successful, please come have a chat with our Customer support team so we can check this for you.
