I’m unsure what you mean exactly sorry. If you mean you need to buy a data pack then top up the required amount and do so. Just add it on through the Three app. That really should be that. Any queries,start a chat with customer service although there should be no need.

Hi @Irawo,

It sounds like you had some difficulty finding out how to apply a Data Pack from your credit?

If you'd rather purchase your PAYG Data Pack using cash credit rather than using auto renew or a card, you can use these steps from the Three App:

Select the "Buy tab" (you'll find this at the bottom of the screen)
Click "Data Packs"
Find the pack you want, then choose "Add to basket" option underneath the pack's description.
You can check the total of your purchase, then choose "Continue" in the bottom right.
Scroll down and you'll find the payment method options of "By card" or "From cash credit"
Finally tick the terms and conditions checkbox, then "submit"

I'm having the same issue. Using website, not app. No option to apply cash credit to purchase data pack. Just credit card or voucher. Thanks

We're sorry for any inconvenience this is causing. We've identified an issue with converting cash credit to packs on the website at the moment. We're working on this, but in the meantime you should be able to set up packs from the Three App, or by chatting with customer services.
