      <description>&lt;P&gt;So o moved of to three 6 weeks agao traded my old phone in which i was told £526 it's now been 6 weeks i still dont have the money 3 times now I have been told to wait 5 working days I have done and still no money on my account nothing but lies on every call to three this is a very very bad company to deal with no help I will no cancel for contract today absolutely joke of a company&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I'm sorry to hear about the delay in receiving your trade in payment. Did you receive an email from the Trade in team to confirm they'd received and assessed the old phone? This should confirm the final payment amount, whether this is being applied as a bank refund, or as a reduction to a device payment plan, and the expected date for the payment to be made.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Can you let me know if you've received this message from the team, and what date this payment was expected to take place?&lt;/P&gt;
