&lt;P&gt;Sorry to hear about this but it'll certainly be a scam call. We wouldn't ring you from a number beginning 01, 02, or 07. We've removed the number as this will likely be a "spoof", in most cases like this the UK number being used if faked, and it may well be an active number belonging to someone who has nothing to do with this scam.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The email address is also suspicious as it's not connected with our actual site domain&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.three.co.uk/" target="_self"&gt;https://www.three.co.uk&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I got a cold caller from * three* he said in call from 07********* sent email from promotions@threegmobiles.com&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;This is scam right? Offered S24 £16 pm wanted upfront payment. £39.99&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Please advise kindly&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This sounds dodgy. With situations such as this I find it’s best to assume the worst unless it’s proven to be otherwise. The phone number you annotated has been removed so I can’t comment specifically on it. The email address I would say is at best a third party telecoms company or at worst a scam not Three. &amp;nbsp;If it were me I’d 1) Ignore it and 2) forward it to report@phishing.gov.uk. It’s really the old adage “if it sounds too good…” etc.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
