Possible scam

This number called me said it was from three UK after I placed a order for upgrade asked my postcode and dob knew what phone and everything i had on my order but then proceeded to say they needed to update the price as it had gone up even though my order had already gone through earlier today. I didn't know what to say or do so I just put the phone down now I'm worried I've just been scammed 🤷

I’d be suspicious and block it if I were you. Pic of posting from forum moderation recently concerning the same number.

It's great to hear you've upgraded with us, this does look like one of our numbers. We do have a team who call to make sure it's you that's upgrading and this hasn't been a fraudulent upgrade.

If you have any reason to think that there is a scammer claiming to be Three calling you, we always have a digital footprint on the customers accounts showing if we called you about a certain subject. So, you can get in touch with our Customer Service Team who'll be able to check if this was from Three or not.

This same number called me 4 times today, there was nobody speaking when I answered. I placed an order yesterday
