    <description>&lt;P&gt;Every time I try to purchase a top-up on Three I get, My card is declined, message. I tried to buy an auto renewal, but I got the same message again. My bank, Natwest state, the reason is because of the bank's security policy, to protect customers from fraud. I use a valid mastercard with sufficient funds. Three is the only retailer I have ever had this issue with. I would very much appreciate any help to resolve this issue.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;It's disappointing to hear you're having issues getting the payment to go through. I'm not sure what would be causing the issue but if your bank are advising you that it's because of their security policy, it doesn't sound like Three will be able to resolve that.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I've never heard of a security policy preventing normal card payments from going through though, so I'm not sure why your bank has one that's impacting you in this specific situation. If you have another card, it might be worth trying that.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
