I have recently switched to three. I wanted to retain my old number. I was given a new sim and was told that it will be activated after 24 hours and my old sim will lose its signal. It did not happen. after a few days of waiting, I was finally switched to three. My bill came today but it seems like i was billed for the new sim and with my old number. I am just confused. any body wiht same experience with me?

Hi @winkwink17,

I'm sorry to hear there was a delay on your number switching.

Can you clarify your question, as I'm not sure I've understood it? Have you been billed by both us and the old provider, or are you asking why your old number is on the bill when there was a delay with the switch?

Thanks,
JonathanB
