&lt;P&gt;Bank transfers take 5 working days to reach the account. I'm assuming you meant the 28th of March. If that's the case, the money would have arrived in the account today, that might be why you haven't seen it yet. If you want to get it checked though, you'd need to speak to someone from the &lt;A href="https://www.three.co.uk/support/contact-us?intid=contact_us" target="_self"&gt;Support Team&lt;/A&gt; by calling or chatting.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Why oh why don’t you set up a direct debit??? You’d avoid this situation occurring and you’d get a £5 monthly discount on your bill. Seems a no brainer to me. 🤷‍&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":male_sign:"&gt;♂️&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
