    <description>&lt;P&gt;Absolutely fuming, was going to Europe for 4 days so bought a weeks pass for £12 so I didn’t use my data and also bought to additional bolt ons at £5 each.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;came home and not got any data left and been told I have used it all whilst away and need to wait until 19th April for allowance to reset. Had to now pay an additional £13 for 10GB of data taking my monthly charge to £72 .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;also network coverage has not been great&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;It's disappointing to hear that you ran out of data unexpectedly. It sounds like what happened was outside of Three's control. If I'm understanding correctly, you purchased the addons for your account and used them successfully? And opted to add more data after you got back, and that worked successfully?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;In relation to network coverage, it's unclear if you're referring to while you were away, or at home. If it's at home, you can check the status of the network in areas where you're having issues using the &lt;A href="https://www.three.co.uk/support/network-and-coverage/coverage?tab=2#tabs-c2d0d12ce8-item-2988999184-tab" target="_self"&gt;Service Status&lt;/A&gt; page. If it was for when you were away, that's something that's also outside of Three's control, since Three are not actually the ones providing you with signal when you roam.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
