Inserting your original SIM CARD into new phone should do it.

If it’s a iPhone make sure they’re both connected to the same WiFi network, hold them close together ensuring Bluetooth is switched on and you can easily transfer all data from one iPhone to another and as Geluk says insert your original SIM card and you’ll retain your number.

Hi @Imac,

The answers are spot on here. Everything to do with your number and Three account is linked to the actual SIM, so this should just be a case of swapping it over to the new phone.

In terms of your saved info, apps, contacts etc on the phone this will be dependent on the phone you're moving to and from, but if you're moving from iPhone to iPhone, you can use the method @Paddiewack suggested, and if it's between Androids then there's usually similar prompts when you're first setting up to sync everything up either wirelessly or with a cable.

If you'd like some more advice on this topic, please let us know what model the two phones are, and we may be able to dig up some more info.

Thanks,
Jonathan
