&lt;P&gt;Sorry to hear this, we've seen a few reports of this message occasionally showing when an account is paid up to date, whilst the new bill is in the process of being produced. If it's an incorrect message, this should only show temporarily and update when this month's bill is fully available.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If there's any concerns that you may have missed any payment, then please &lt;A href="https://www.three.co.uk/support/contact-us" target="_self"&gt;get in touch&lt;/A&gt;, the team will be able to confirm the status of your account, and if it does appear to be the error mentioned, this is being investigated by our online team.&lt;/P&gt;
