The default voicemail pin is 0000. Then you can change it to what you want. But if you’re trying to listen to your messages remotely (ie not from your Three handset) then you need to have completed the set up first using your phone. This is for security reasons.

Hi, I am having the same issue as above. I call 123 and it says I need to set up a pin by calling from my phone but that is exactly what I am doing?

Hi @LewisUS,

Are you in the UK or abroad at the moment? You can only set a PIN when calling from your phone whilst connected to the UK network.

Thanks,
Jonathan
