&lt;P&gt;Sorry to hear this, it sounds like your iPad account perhaps doesn't have a notification number set up such as your mobile number. As you mentioned, iPads don't support SMS text messages, but the SIM should do, is there any possibility to temporarily pop the iPad SIM in another device like your mobile? One other potential solution is to pop into a Three store with your photo ID as another means to pass security, from there the team may be able to help further.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a mobile with 3 and an Ipad . I can no longer access the Ipad account to cancel it. Live chat states the mobile number for the Ipad is registered to a different and it wants to send a passcode when i try to register it with an email … but Ipad doesn't accept text messages. Please help! I want to cancel my plan as im paying £30 a month for nothing and its been extremely difficult so far to get any help.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
