      <description>&lt;P&gt;Are you still using your phone or have you left 3? If you are still using your phone the you will still be charged for using it. If you have left 3 did you tell them? If you left and did not take your number then you need to request a stac code.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If you &lt;A href="https://www.three.co.uk/support/contact-us" target="_self"&gt;get in touch&lt;/A&gt;, the team can help by taking notice, upgrade, or if you prefer, change your plan to a SIM only if this is cheaper whilst you decide what to do next.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This also happened to me and I got a code upon changing. Three continued charging me for the handset two months after contract ending. I have complained and they are undertaking an investigation which will take 30 days. I will never take out another contract with Three.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This is not true, as I was paying 108 pounds a month for a sim and phone contract, but know the phone is paid for and the contract as ran out but they are still charging the same amount every month when they should be just charging me for the sim contract, about 20 pounds a month, not 108 pounds a month. This is just a scam.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Sorry if my previous post wasn't clear. Pay Monthly plans continue on a rolling basis (at the same price), when the minimum term is over. At this stage you need to get in touch to renegotiate or cancel otherwise the plan does remain at the same price.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;We've more recently introduced &lt;A href="https://www.three.co.uk/why-three/three-your-way" target="_self"&gt;Three Your Way plans&lt;/A&gt;, where if you take a device this is on a 0% APR finance agreement, and pay separately for your airtime plan.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If you were on a finance agreement where the handset was paid up monthly alongside your air time, the handset payment should have stopped once the loan was completely payed, leaving only the airtime. An error like that is one the team would be able to fix for you.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you're on an older agreement where you pay one amount for the airtime only, and never had a charge for the mobile phone, it means your agreement would have been for the £80 per month for a minimum term of two years, and would remain that way until you change it. In that case, it wouldn't be an error or oversight on Three's side, as it would need to be you that changes it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I'm not sure which of these two types of agreement you have, but hopefully that information is useful, and you can contact the &lt;A href="https://bit.ly/2PmAIzQ" target="_self"&gt;support team&lt;/A&gt; with that to move on with the next steps.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

It clearly benefits Three and seriously disadvantages customers. This happened to me over 18 months without my knowledge, meaning that I have paid Three enormous sums of money for no reason whatsoever.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
