    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello there.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;To get that done, you will need to get the Support Team to remove the email address from one of the accounts and then they can merge both of the accounts into one. Once that's done, you should be able to manage both with a sign in.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I’ve had a pay monthly SIM for years but recently purchased their 5G Home Broadband but signed up with a different newer email address… is there any way I can move my Pay Monthly SIM over to the same email account as my 5G Home Broadband?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Like I said I purchased my SIM years ago using a email address I used more back then, but in recent years have started using a new main email address.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any way to move it over?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
