Cafe Nero Code

Trying to claim the Cafe Nero code. First of all it says that an error has occurred, try again or look at FAQs. Come out of the app, try again and it says the code has already been claimed!! There is no code there for me to use so where has it gone?! Can you help?

Hello there.

Welcome to Three Community.

It sounds like even though there was an error, the claim completed. If that's the case, the voucher/code should be in your list of codes. If it isn't there, the only other thing I can think of is that all codes were claimed and there's none left.
