I don't live in the UK so I only use my service when I visit. I have the old Paygo SIM card I bought in 2018 and it is still active. I know that system is different from the new system.

Questions:

1 - It seems the New Paygo and the Old Paygo are similar - same rates, same 180-day expiry policy and the new Paygo has better data packages? What do I gain and lose switching to the new Paygo?

2 - I am trying to convert to eSIM and when I click on the Activate SIM link on the website, it pops up something but nothing happens. Is it because I am on the Old Paygo and the system does not support eSIM?

Thanks.

Hi @username,

I'm not specifically aware of any reason why you can't swap over to eSIM on the old PAYG. Did you manage to get this working in the end?

Thanks,
Jonathan
