&lt;P&gt;Did you take a new line and get the same number transferred over, rather than upgrading the existing plan? It sounds like you've cancelled the old account and opened a new one based on what you're describing at least.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You may be able to link the accounts with a feature we recently added, check for this under More Actions when logged in:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If this doesn't solve the issue, I think you're best to check with &lt;A href="https://www.three.co.uk/support/contact-us" target="_self"&gt;customer services&lt;/A&gt; as&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.three.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/23804"&gt;@Paddiewack&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;suggested, if there's 2 accounts on the system with all your personal details matching then they should be able to link them up for you.&lt;/P&gt;
