Please help me to increase my spend cap, I have a sim only deal

I am unable increase my spend cap via the app. I did online chat the other day and was told I had a £20 cap set. Where can I see this and why can’t I use it?

The settings for Spend Cap can be found by logging into your account via the Three UK website, as well as via the 3 app.

Hello, Julia.

You can find the setting for spend cap within the manage plan page. If you log in, on the first page you'll see the price plan you're on, and the contract term left. You should have the "manage plan" button there. Once in, you'll see the Spend Cap option near the bottom of the page. It'll show you the current spend cap, and opening that will let you change it.
