    <description>&lt;P&gt;So I've transferred from a sim-only contract to a new device and sim contract. The phone came yesterday. Everything's working well, but for some reason when I try to make calls and texts it's not letting me, telling me my funds are too low, almost like its a PAYG one? I didn't order an extra sim and there are no other sims in the packaging. I'm in the midst of transferring my old number to my new phone, which will finish tomorrow is this something to do with it? Currently juggling two phones as my old one still rings and texts!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello there.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you ordered an upgrade, you shouldn't need to change your SIM, the old SIM is what should be used. It's likely that the SIM you got in the package is a PAYG SIM for the old phone.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
