    <description>&lt;P&gt;I got locked out my iPhone and Apple requires an original proof of purchase I spoke with Three customer service 5 times now and they keep sending a proof of purchase email with some details but not the original receipt. Does anyone know how I can get the original or a copy of the receipt please&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I've wasted an hour of my life today with Live Chats that continually drop out or get responded to by people in India who lack not only basic customer service skills but don't even have basic manners in some cases.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Enough is enough, I'd like someone from Three customer service to phone me please, on the number shown on my profile.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm waiting.............&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I feel your pain. I have spent two hours trying to speak to someone and being repeatedly sent to automated menus.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I will try again tomorrow but if that fails I will change networks. Tye customer service here is beyond appalling.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I’m actually fuming. Been customer for over 10 years and I am appalled by the treatment. I’ve had to explain my issues to THREE separate live chat agents and conveniently it gets disconnected every single time. One assured me it won’t and bam it did!! Phone number going in circles, why even have a phone number when it doesn’t connect to anyone?? Completely pointless . I’m so done with this stupid company but I’m stuck in a contract they won’t let me get out of but also won’t help with any issues I’m having&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
