Hi all,

I am a seafaree and I am using 3pay as you go to access the internet from different countries. Usually when I insert a simcard, I can receive a message from 3 with the number but when I inserted my new sim, I did not receive any.

Now, I only have tge ICCID number. Is there anyway I can kniw my number?

I have searched some ways in the internet but none is working. I also have emailed their customer service now and still waiting for their answer.

Could anyone advise?

Are we talking phone or other device? If it's a phone, buried in settings under about phone it shows the number that goes with the sim. Not sure about tablets or Apple as I do not use either.

Why not send a text from it, and ask recipient to reply with number he saw on YOUR text message>
